Valentine’s is almost here… we’re not panicking 🌹

This is one of those weeks.

The kind where the kettle gets boiled in secret — because the only thing allowed to brew this week is a possible meltdown from the boss.

So instead of a perfectly polished Weekly Brew, here’s the honest one.

We’re busy as heck.
We’re a bit stressed.
But somehow… everything’s still going exactly as it should.

Mostly.

The Big Day Is Nearly Here

You can probably feel it too.

The pace has gone into overdrive.
Conversations are monosyllabic.
Orders are just about to rocket.
And everyone’s operating on that familiar mix of focus, teamwork - and quietly wondering the same thing, but daring not to say it out loud: “Can we go home yet?”

This is the point where there’s no time for overthinking — just doing.
If this Brew feels rushed, that’s because it is.

A Very Quick Thank You (Before We Crack On)

Last week, we asked you to hit reply and share your best or worst Valentine’s story — and thank you to everyone who did.

We read them all (between kettle boils), smiled, laughed, and agreed this was exactly why the Weekly Brew works.

We promised we’d pick two favourites — one best, one worst — and we have.

We have no time this week for full stories, but here’s the short version:

💖 Best Valentine’s moment goes to Rikash — who turned a simple, thoughtful red rose on Valentine’s Day and a goodbye kiss on a doorstep (the kind that promises everything without saying a word) into what is now a lifetime of memories.

😅 Worst Valentine’s moment goes to Kirsty — who’s carefully planned gesture unravelled before her eye’s when her nerves kicked in and her words came out all wrong. Needless to say the night never quite recovered. Don’t worry Kirsty, we have all been there.

Both winners have a luxury red rose (and a sprinkle of rose petals) heading their way — currently sitting somewhere near the top of a rapidly growing pile.

Right, that’s all we got time for.

The kettle’s already been boiled again.
Someone’s shouting for tape.
And the boss is pacing (never a great sign).

Thanks for reading.
Thanks for being here.
And thanks for sticking with us — even when the Brew is a little stronger than usual.

Until our next brew, guys — we’ll leave you with this:

Whatever you do this Valentine’s Day… believe in a thing called love when you do it. ❤️

Cheerio guys, wish us luck.
