Well, that was a tasty one — our Monthly G&T 🍸

There are pours you enjoy… and then there are pours that leave you quietly saying, “Go on then, just one more.”

February’s box was very much the latter.

It felt fitting that our first gin of the year came from someone whose life has been shaped by flavour. A chef-led spirit, crafted with the instinct of someone who understands balance, restraint and the fine art of seasoning — only this time, the garnish was gin. It was, quite simply, a properly judged pour.

A chef’s touch in the glass

Paula McIntyre’s Pot Still Dry Gin brought Northern Irish craft and culinary credibility together in one elegant bottle — and members were quick to raise a glass.

From the bright citrus lift to the soft florals and composed, dry finish, many told us they could genuinely taste the difference. It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t showy. It didn’t need to be. It had flavour in spades and confidence to spare — proving once again that when it comes to great gin, it’s all in the execution.

Safe to say, this one really did gin-spire a few second pours. (Apologies we do like a gin pun or two 🙂)

If you’d like to explore it further, you can find more about the gin here:

A confident start to the year — and one that set the bar rather nicely.

And the winner is…

After a month of entries and plenty of enthusiasm across our socials, we’re delighted to announce that the very lucky winner of this month’s Gin Club box is:

🥁Mell Priston who entered on our Facebook page 🎉

A huge congratulations — your box will be on it’s way as soon as you tell us your address. We hope it goes down a treat and that you raise a glass or three to your good fortune.

To everyone else who entered: thank you. Your comments, enthusiasm and outright gin-credible excitement are what keep this club feeling alive and well.

Looking ahead…

Now, what’s next?

Well… yet again, it’s a bit of a last-minute surprise — even to us. Let’s just say the next box is shaping up to be something rather special, and we’ll reveal more when in our next Monthly G&T at the start of April.

We wouldn’t want to spill the tonic just yet.

And finally

While February’s box wasn’t built around Valentine’s Day, it does make a rather excellent Mother’s Day gift. Thoughtful, flavour-led and beautifully curated — the kind of gesture that says “I appreciate you” without being overly syrupy.

And for those considering joining or gifting the club this season, we’ve added a little extra: new members can choose either four complimentary mini gins or a bouquet of fresh flowers with their first box. Gin and flowers? That feels like Mother’s Day rather nicely sorted.

More on that soon — we may even ring the Deal O’Clock bell.

Until next month — stay ginlightful.

Chin chin,
The Interdelightful Crew 💫
